Healthy Habits You Should Always Live By The secret of healthy living lies in in the power of habits. Your daily health routine, from brushing up to smelling wired, here are 18 good health habits to keep you constantly on top of your games.

1. Be a copycat! Copy your dog: cultivate the habit of stretching exercises when you wake up or when you’ve been sitting for a long time. It boosts blood circulation and digestion, and eases back pain.

2. Brush up Properly. It might sound unbelievable that many people don’t know how to brush their teeth properly. Bad teeth brushing habit can cause a lot of damages to the teeth and gums. To brush properly, hold your toothbrush in the same way you hold a pen, and brush for about two minutes at least.
